The Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing course is a combination of three major areas of nurse training, namely; General Nursing, Community Health nursing and Midwifery.
The goal of the program is to train nurses who will complement the nurses’ cadre of health care providers in meeting the many and ever changing patient needs in our contemporary society and who will demonstrate competence in addressing and managing the emerging health care challenges locally, regionally and globally.
This will be achieved through the effective implementation of the institutional curriculum that is tailored towards realizing the institutional vision and mission of being a leading regional medical training college of excellence in training of nurses and other health professionals.
